What's happening: We're migrating Tied to a new cloud infrastructure provider. This move gives us a more reliable, scalable foundation — faster deployments, better performance under load, and stronger safeguards against the kinds of outages that can interrupt your conversations with customers.

What to expect: During the maintenance window, the Tied dashboard and messaging channels will be temporarily unavailable. Inbound messages sent during this time will be queued and delivered once service is restored — nothing will be lost.

What you need to do: Nothing. All of your data, conversations, and settings will carry over exactly as they are.

We've scheduled this during low-traffic hours to minimize disruption, and our team will be monitoring the cutover end to end. Follow live updates at status.tied.com.
